Trading for 40 years in Mems, Jfets, and sensors, now supplying power semiconductors in SiC Homogeneous Schottky diodes and TCIGBT's. They have 3 foundaries and supply either wafers, bare die, or packaged devices. No other company in the global market has high voltage devices like these. They offer 1700v, 2200, 3300v, and 4500v SiC diodes.
